Pat Culkin is the President & CEO of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP). He has 20+ years of experience at AFP, previously serving as Executive Vice President. In his previous roles, he led AFP's expansion into the Middle East and Africa, oversaw the launch of AFP's Asia-Pacific office and launched AFP's corporate sales department.

Jeff Glenzer, CTP

Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Jeff Glenzer, CTP, oversees the conceptualization and execution of strategic initiatives by leveraging over 30 years of experience in the finance profession, 25 of which have been at AFP. He is responsible for AFP’s product development, educational programming, certification, research, project management, finance and customer service departments. He also manages the Association's subject matter experts in the areas of treasury, payments, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A). In addition, he oversees AFP’s legal and contracting activities.

Chief Financial Officer

Francine Hope-Pressley provides oversight and leadership for AFP’s financial matters including the development and management of budgets, preparation of financial statements, and reporting to AFP’s board and the public. She also helps to align AFP’s strategic and financial goals. Francine oversees the AFP’s tax and regulatory compliance. She has 20 years of finance, accounting, not-for-profit and for-profit industry experience, including public accounting. Francine has previously served on the boards of community organizations providing health and educational services to children.

 

Tom Hunt, CTP

Director, Treasury Practice

Tom Hunt is the staff subject matter expert on bank relationship management, cash management, and treasury technology. He is in charge of AFP's Treasury Advisory Group; AFP's member committee dedicated to meeting the needs of the profession and helping keep members current on developing topics.

 
Mariam Lamech

Mariam Lamech

Director, Survey Research

Mariam Lamech leads AFP’s proprietary research program. She manages the entire project lifecycle, including survey rationale and design; survey administration; analysis and interpretation of survey data; and writing and producing AFP’s survey reports. Lamech leads and executes AFP‘s survey research with a focus on enhancing the value of AFP’s external survey projects to the treasury and finance profession through the development and production of ancillary products. Lamech has nearly 25 years’ career experience within research functions at Associations.

 
Bryan Lapidus

Bryan Lapidus, FPAC

Director, FP&A Practice

Bryan Lapidus has more than 20 years of experience in the FP&A and treasury space working at organizations like American Express, Fannie Mae and private equity-owned companies. At AFP he is the staff subject matter expert on FP&A, which includes designing content to meet the needs of the profession and helping keep members current on developing topics. Bryan also manages the FP&A Advisory Council which acts as a voice to align AFP with the needs of the profession. 

Andrew Deichler

Andrew Deichler

Director, Enterprise Payments Practice

Andrew Deichler leads AFP’s payments initiatives, engaging with corporate practitioners through payments content, programs and products. He previously served at AFP for over a decade in communications and marketing, producing a host of guides, articles, newsletters, videos, podcasts, and other materials related to payments and other key topics. Later, Andrew served in content management roles at SHRM, Kyriba, Rectangle Health and ITegrity, before making his return to AFP. He possesses a wealth of knowledge in corporate payments, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payments fraud, emerging payments technologies and working capital efficiency.
